Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Luna Dr Transfers, we understand that travel plans may change. Our goal is to provide reliable and flexible transportation services while ensuring a smooth experience for every customer.
Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel their transfer reservation by contacting Luna Dr Transfers as soon as possible. Cancellation requests should include the customer's name, reservation details, date and time of the scheduled transfer.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the time of the cancellation and the conditions associated with the reservation. When a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Reservations cancelled with sufficient advance notice may qualify for a full or partial refund, depending on the booking conditions.
Changes to Reservations
If you need to change your pickup time, date, flight information, pickup location, destination or number of passengers, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Flight Delays or Changes
If your flight is delayed or your flight information changes, please notify Luna Dr Transfers as soon as possible. Providing accurate flight information allows us to properly coordinate your transfer.
No-Show Policy
If a passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location and does not contact Luna Dr Transfers, the reservation may be considered a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card company or payment provider.
